These terms apply to orders placed with Trace & Grow at traceandgrow.co.uk and traceandgrow.com.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.

Personalised items

We print or embroider exactly what you enter, so please check spelling before you order. Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right unless faulty.

Cancellations and returns

See Delivery & returns. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Intellectual property

All Trace & Grow books, printables and artwork are our copyright. Free printables may be used at home and in your own home ed group, but not resold. A printable PDF you buy (including a book’s printable edition) is for printing as many copies as your own household needs; please don’t share the file or print it for a school, nursery or class. Ask us about a setting licence for that.
