Delivery & returns

Delivery

• UK delivery: £2.99, free on orders over £20, and always free on our pick-any-3 book bundles. Books arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
• International tracked: £11.95.

Books are printed to order in the UK and posted second class, arriving in 3 to 5 working days. Personalised items are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Returns

You can return unused, non-personalised items within 30 days for a full refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised items can’t be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll put it right.

Printable downloads

Printables, and the printable PDF edition of our books, are A4 PDFs to print at home. Downloads are emailed as soon as you’ve paid and are on your order page too. Because you ask us at checkout to send them straight away, the 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply once a file has been sent. If a file won’t open or print properly, email us and we’ll fix it or refund you.
